The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals recently heard oral arguments in State of Louisiana v. FDA, a case challenging the FDA's policy allowing chemical abortion drugs to be mailed without an in-person medical exam, a policy initiated during the Covid-19 pandemic and continued by both the Biden and Trump administrations.
